About Seba Home Consultants Corp.:

Seba Home Consultants was established in 2024 by Blaine Shular.

Blaine is a seasoned professional, with a comprehensive and well-rounded background, including:

  • Over 23 years of experience in the home inspection industry, including more than 19 years with Carson Dunlop & Associates

  • Completion of more than 6,000 inspections, ranging from new construction to heritage properties

  • Certified Home Energy Auditor, having conducted hundreds of energy audits under the Natural Resources Canada program

  • Project management experience overseeing multiple basement conversions to legal secondary suites for real estate investors

  • Licensed Real Estate Agent (currently inactive)

  • Extensive experience with Tarion New Home Warranty Inspections

  • Certified Thermal Imaging Inspector

  • Graduate of Seneca College’s Carson Dunlop Home Inspection Program

  • Member of the Canadian Association of Home & Property Inspectors (CAHPI) Membership No. C2100979

  • Registered Home Inspector (RHI)

  • National Certificate Holder (NCH)
